7 days...

AHHHHHH 

I'm getting so nervous and excited. Usually when I do something new, I can at least picture what the experience will be like (even if the picture isn't accurate). BUT for some reason I can't picture anything right now because there are so many unknowns. 

Today I at least organized the things I have to pack (TBD if everything will fit in my backpack). My pile went from this:

There's still a few things I need to gather from around the house and they recommend bringing two swimsuits so I need to get another one tomorrow. But other than that....there's SO few days left before I leave!!!!!!!!!!! Yesterday I gave my travel itinerary to the US embassy (I guess it's for if there's an EXTREME emergency and they have to extract me???). 

On Wednesday I'm going to do a fake pack to see if everything's going to fit/how everything is going to fit. After that, I think I'll feel a lot better because at least packing will be over.
